Your families are showing up on Sundays. But are they doing well?
Keep and Overflow give your church a way to strengthen families and support leaders — not with another program to run, but with tools families use in their own homes, on their own time.

of families feel disconnected
Despite attending church regularly, most families lack a structured rhythm for honest communication at home.
leaders report burnout
Pastors and staff pour into others without a way to assess their own wellness. By the time they notice, it's often a crisis.
tools for the whole family
Marriage apps exist. Therapy exists. But nothing addresses the whole family — parents, teens, and children — through a biblical framework.
Two products. One mission: keep families and leaders healthy.
A weekly rhythm where every member of a family — parents and children ages 8+ — shares honest, structured feedback. Self-reviews, one-to-one feedback, and a family health dashboard grounded in biblical roles and responsibilities.
Families use it in their own home, on their own schedule. 10 minutes per person, once a week.

A personal tool that helps individuals honestly assess how close they are to burnout. Built originally to help a pastor's wife answer "how am I really doing?" — it's for anyone carrying more than they let on.
Track wellness over time, see patterns before crisis hits, and share results with a spouse or mentor.

Built by someone who's been in your shoes
I'm Jordan — founder of HEED, a father of six, and someone who's spent over a decade working inside churches. I've served in product leadership, pastoral roles, and church operations at churches of every size across the country.
Keep was born because my own family needed it. We've been using it for weeks — my wife and all of our children, including our 8-year-old. Their feedback shaped the product. It changed our family's weekly rhythm in ways I didn't expect.
Overflow was built because I watched my wife carry more than she could articulate. I needed a way to ask "how close to burnout are you?" and get an honest answer. Now we both use it.
I'm not building this from a corporate office. I'm building it from my kitchen table, with my kids testing features at dinner. I understand church culture because I've lived in it. And I'm building partnerships with church leaders I know personally — people I've served alongside.
This isn't a tech company selling to churches. This is a church family building tools for church families.
Let's see if this serves your church
No commitment. No pitch deck. Just a conversation about what your families need and whether Keep and Overflow can help. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you.
