By accessing or using HEED and its associated domains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
HEED provides decision intelligence tools. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the services.
3. Intellectual Property
The frameworks, code, and design philosophy (including Seer, Keep, and Church OS) are the property of HEED and Jordan Valverde. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
While our tools provide predictive insights and feedback, all final decisions remain with the user. HEED is not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of our decision-support frameworks.
