1. Services Overview

HEED Agency provides digital design and development services, including but not limited to:

• Website redesign and development
• Digital experience design and optimization
• Performance optimization and technical improvements
• Digital strategy consulting

2. Project Process

Initial Consultation

We begin every project with a thorough consultation to understand your business goals, current challenges, and desired outcomes. This problem-first approach ensures we're solving the right problems.

Project Proposal

Based on our consultation, we provide a detailed project proposal including scope, timeline, deliverables, and transparent pricing. No surprises, no hidden fees.

Weekly Demos

We believe in regular feedback cycles. Throughout the project, we provide weekly demos and check-ins to ensure we're aligned and making progress toward your goals.

3. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Typically, we require a project deposit to begin work, with milestone-based payments throughout the project.

Invoicing

Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, you own all custom work created specifically for your project, including designs, code, and content created by HEED Agency.

Third-Party Assets

Any third-party assets (fonts, images, libraries) used in your project remain subject to their respective licenses. We ensure all assets are properly licensed for your use.

5. Revisions and Changes

We include reasonable revisions in our project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. We believe in getting it right, but also in fair compensation for additional work.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are established during the proposal phase and are based on project complexity and client availability for feedback. We work efficiently but won't compromise quality for speed.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback during review periods
• Supplying necessary content, images, and brand assets
• Making timely payments according to the agreed schedule
• Providing access to necessary systems and accounts

8. Limitation of Liability

HEED Agency's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date, and HEED Agency will provide all completed deliverables.

10. Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving disputes through open communication and fair negotiation. If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they will be subject to binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
